Ethiopia: “Crash Boeing was a result of design error”

The crash of the Boeing 737 MAX in Ethiopia last year was caused by an aircraft design error. That is the conclusion of the Ethiopian investigation report into the disaster.

In March last year, 157 were killed in the crash of an aircraft from airline Ethiopian Airlines. Six months earlier, an identical plane from the Indonesian Lion Air crashed into the sea shortly after taking off. All 189 passengers were killed.
