Man refuses to give wife money and killed her for cooking wrong meal

A Ghanaian man, identified as JK, who refused to give his wife money, has reportedly murdered her. The suspected killer is believed to did the act because his wife prepared a wrong meal for dinner.

Jk is living in Ohia-Tokrom, a village in the eastern region of Ghana, with his wife before the incident. The deceased wife, a 38-year-old Gladys Oforiwaa Kumi, is said to have served her husband “rice pudding” for dinner while the man was expecting a sumptuous meal upon his return from the farm.

According to the Ghanaian media, Adomonline, the man who is identified as JK, received such food from his wife because he left without given his wife money for the meals.

The Gladys’s uncle, Nana Abunyaa, confirmed the news to the site on Monday.

Nana Abunyaa said that JK got mad, grabbed a knife, and stabbed his wife several times, resulting in her death.

The suspect is in police custody.
