Cristiano Ronaldo will have presented his Champions League debut for Juventus in a completely different way.
Referee Felix Brych saw the Portuguese give a knock after half an hour in the sixteen Valencia.
The German ref went to listen to his assistant and treated CR7 after consultation on a red card. A verdict at first sight and that was clearly to see Ronaldo himself: he left the field in tears.
