The most convenient city for hiking in the world

The new rating of GuruWalk, the largest community of free walking tours, names the cities of the world that are easiest to explore on foot, according to the Daily Mail.
Rome heads this year’s ranking. GuruWalk experts explain: “The Eternal City remains a key destination for travelers passionate about ancient history. Many of Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance of each other. The center of the Italian capital is also quite flat, which makes it easier to move around.”
Budapest, the capital of Hungary, is second on the list of pedestrian cities. GuruWalk writes: “Known as the Pearl of the Danube, Budapest combines imperial architecture with vibrant cultural life.
