In Zimbabwe, will Robert Mugabe explain himself to Parliament?

In Zimbabwe, the parliamentary committee in charge of Mines and Energy wants to hear former President Mugabe on more than 15 billion dollars in diamond revenues that would have disappeared.

Last week, the former head of state snubbed a new appointment.

The parliamentarians have already heard several former ministers, police chiefs and senior administration officials and have decided to give the former head of state a last chance.

He must now appear on June 11th. After which he will be summoned.
