Seth Aaron Fleury, a violent boyfriend, (23) who abused his girlfriend almost every day since the beginning of their love life a year ago, bit off her lower lip after suspecting that she had cheated on him.
Kayla Hayes, 19, who received help after biting off her lower lip because he suspected she had cheated on him, have tried to end their relationship.
The victim of the assault who is still recovering from the physical and mental injuries inflicted on that horrible night of October 21, 2017, was haunted by the assault she suffered at the hands of her ex-boyfriend, but she bravely shared her story, she lived hoping to inspire others to seek help if they were victims of domestic violence.
Hayes, from Greenville, South Carolina, spoke about the incident on Facebook and revealed that his ex-lover had told her, he was going to leave “his mark on his next boyfriend.” She spoke about the moment when he kissed her by force, then launched his attack by writing: “I wasn’t there to get back together with him. I refused and backed up only to feeling him latch on to me. Feeling it tear away. I then just started screaming at the top of my lungs for help and out of fear for my life”
According to her, the brutal assault continued and Fleury pulled her out of her car and slammed the door in her face. Mrs. Hayes said that a stranger who found her looked absolutely terrified. She added, ” Ms Hayes said a stranger who found her looked absolutely terrified. She added: “He continued to call me once I made it into the ambulance, which felt like a life time after having something many women hold precious to them, completely mutilated. ‘I then got on the phone with her friend and I remember trying to say he bit me but no one could understand me because my lips couldn’t pronounce it.”
Fleury, who bit off his girlfriend’s lips, was sentenced to 12 years in prison after pleading guilty to assault and serious bodily harm. He also admitted in court to have bitten her lip when she refused to kiss her after telling him she did not want to continue the relationship.
