Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 112th international goal against Qatar, breaking another record

Cristiano Ronaldo (36) scored again for Portugal on Saturday in a friendly against Qatar. He also took his 181st cap, passing Sergio Ramos (180 caps). Ronaldo is now the record holder for the most caps for a European country.
Ronaldo opened the scoring after 37 minutes. He pushed a ball returned by his teammate at Manchester United Dalot against the nets.
The 36-year-old superstar sharpened his record number of international goals to 112. José Fonte and André Silva hit after the break: 3-0.
The European Football Association (UEFA) invited World Cup host country Qatar to prepare for the World Cup in qualifying group A, the group with Portugal, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Ireland, and Luxembourg.

The matches with Qatar are considered friendly, the results do not count towards the standings.
