Nigerian international midfielder John Mikel Obi, who has just signed for the English club of Stoke city, welcomed his lovely princesses, Mia and Ava, in September 2015. Barely a week before their fifth birthday, their mother, Olga Diyachenko, took them to school for the first time.
The twins of footballer John Obi Mikel were spotted on their way to school, their mother Olga Diyachenko expressing her joy and enthusiasm, saying she was proud. Olga shared a photo of herself and the children in their school uniform as they prepare for a class for the first time.
The twins who look just like each other, Mia and Ava, looked so excited in the photo shared by their mother on her Instagram account. She captioned it: “First day at the big girls’ school! So proud of how brave and excited you both are! Love you…”
Mia and Ava will be 5 years old on 14 September. The father had announced their birth in 2015. The Nigerian midfielder from Stoke City, John Obi Mikel (33), is crazy about his daughters, and he does not hesitate to publish their photos on his social media platforms.
He has already shown that playful goals are all well and good, but that in the end, his daughters matter more than football, after sharing his photo. While sharing the message on his official Instagram page, he accompanied it with a caption that says: “In the end, that’s all that matters”.
The Nigerian international will play this season at Britannia, home of the famous Stoke city club. The Super Eagles of 33-year-old is the fourth rookie Red and White this summer after Morgan Fox, James Chester, and Steven Fletcher.
Obi Mikel knows England well, having spent 11 seasons at Stamford Bridge with Chelsea, winning Premier League, FA Cup, Carling Cup, Europa League, and Champions League titles. He played more than 370 games for the Blues before joining the Chinese team Tianjin TEDA.
