The famous Forbes magazine has just unveiled the ranking of the richest hip-hop artists of the year 2018.
The first place goes to the rapper and American businessman Jay-Z with 76.5 million dollars. His record labels Roc Nation, TIDAL and his tour “On The Run II” with Beyoncé after the release of his album 4.44, have raised him on the top step of the podium.
Sean “Diddy” Combs ranks second with $64 million raised through these assets in companies such as Empire bevarage, Ciroc Vodka, DeLeon tequila and Aquahydrate alkaline water.
Kendrick Lamar took third place with $58 million from his contracts with Nike and American Express.
The fourth place went to Drake with $47 million and J. Cole completed the top 5 with $35.5 million.
