1. Take the correct posture in a sitting position
If you work in an office, you will spend most of your time sitting. And how well you sit affects your posture. Examine your regular computer posture: ideally, the back, hips, and calves should create a straight angle. The chin should be up, and the shoulders should be kept straight. 2. Take frequent breaks at work to prevent sitting for lengthy periods

4. Maintain your posture while you sleep
Even when sleeping, it is feasible (and vital) to keep proper posture: try to remain upright in bed, avoid turning in the lumbar area, and avoid sleeping in postures that cause back pain in the morning. Turn your whole body around, not just your torso, if you wish to turn around.
A comfortable mattress is required to maintain proper posture when sleeping. It shouldn’t be overly soft, sag, or be uneven in any way. Do not lower your head, look at your feet continually, or tilt your face forward when walking.
