Man insists that wind carried bag of cocaine into his car

The most original excuse in time can be attributed to the American Joseph Zak (sic). At the beginning of last month, the man in his thirties ran into the lamp at a police check in Fort Pierce (Florida).

Officers checked his car on October 5th around 21.40 hrs and found an empty bag with remains of a white substance on it.

It turned out to be crack cocaine of which Zak strongly denied it. “It must have blown into my car by the wind. Or maybe you put it t here”, he wrote down, according to The Smoking Gun. Unfortunately for the man, the cops also found a crack pipe.

The cops noticed his car after he had ignored a red light. The two made the vehicle stop, on which Zak (37) tried in vain to throw away a can of Budweiser beer.

The man had to go to jail handcuffed but was allowed to dispose of it after paying a deposit. The bag that is active as a painter may come and explain it to the judge on 3 December.
