A man shot and killed five people in Russia because he thought they made too much noise outside his windows at night, police reported on Sunday.
The drama happened in the town of Yelatma, 200 kilometers southeast of Moscow, in the middle of the lockdown against the spread of the new coronavirus, with most Russians having to stay at home.
The 32-year-old opened fire on four young men and a woman who was “talking too loudly on the street under his windows at about 10 pm on Saturday,” the investigators explained.
The man complained from his balcony and argued with the group. Then he went to get his shotgun. All victims succumbed to their injuries on the spot.
