Mozambique announces plan to circumcise more than 100 thousand men to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
Authorities are looking for volunteers in the Zambezi province.
80 thousand men were circumcised in this region last year.
The cost of the campaign is $1 million.
It will be financed by the United States.
