Railway collision in South Africa

At least three people were killed and nearly 200 were injured after two passenger trains collided at a station in the northwest of the South African capital, Pretoria, according to local media reports.

Emergency teams are on site to treat the victims. A South African journalist shared photos of the accident.

A medical team was dispatched to the scene to treat dozens of injured passengers at the Mountain View station in Pretoria. Others were rushed to the hospital.
