Prince Charles has had telephone contact with his sons William (37) and Harry (35) after the coronavirus was diagnosed in the crown prince. He also spoke to his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
Panic in the British royal family after the coronavirus was diagnosed in Prince Charles. The 71-year-old crown prince belongs to the risk group due to his age but said that he is doing well, and the symptoms are mild.
Meanwhile, he also called his sons Prince William and Harry to tell them the news and to reassure them. Charles last saw his sons on March 9, at the annual Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey. That was also the last official event of Meghan and Harry as royals.
Charles also spoke to his mother, Queen Elizabeth (93), who is in isolation at Windsor Castle. She and her husband Philip (98) also need to be protected from the virus because of their age.
However, the Crown Prince resides in Scotland, where he is in isolation on Elizabeth’s Balmoral Estate. His wife Camilla also lives in the same domain, but in a different building, because she has not yet been infected.
