In many households, it is far from exceptional that there are several televisions in various rooms: a large one for the living room, a smaller one for the kitchen, teenage room, or home office.
We went looking for the best devices with a screen under 45 inches (114 cm).
Samsung QLED 43Q60R
It is not because you have a smaller TV as a second screen somewhere that you have to skimp on image quality. This QLED 43Q60R from Samsung is a 4k TV with a diameter of 43 inches (111 cm).
Like the larger devices from the Korean manufacturer, it works on the so-called QLed technology, with microchips that ensure that you always have the deepest colors in your image.
LG 32LM6300PLA
If you go a bit smaller, towards 32 inches (81 cm), you will, of course, end up with the budget-friendly televisions, like this 32LM6300PLA from LG, which also has High Dynamic Range (HDR) color technology.
Please note: this is not a 4k model (Full HD, with a resolution of 1,920 on 1,080 pixels), but to be honest: with this small screen size, you hardly have any advantage of that much sharper image.
Philips 43PUS7304
Like most television manufacturers, Philips also likes to work out with its giant screens. Yet it puts its innovations just as sweetly in the smaller aircraft.
This 43PUS7304, a 43-inch has 4k images, all common HDR standards, Android TV as the operating system. An additional asset for enthusiasts: the famous Ambilight rear lighting from the brand.
Sony KD-43XG8096
Sony also offers you a device with a 4K image and Android TV for less than 800 dollars, as long as you are satisfied with a 43-inch screen diagonal. It is also, with its four HDMI ports, an ideal device to put in the room of a playing teenage son or daughter.
Sharp 40AJ2
Can it really be necessary and small? Then this 40AJ2 from the Japanese brand Sharp is undoubtedly not a wrong choice. Don’t expect too many frills, but you’ll get a neat 4k Ultra-HD TV on a screen surface of 40 inches (101 cm).
Users especially praise the excellent sound and how well this TV lends itself to gaming.
