US bishop believes God is greater than virus died of Covid-19

An American bishop who continued to speak out despite the corona crisis and safety regulations died of infection with the covid-19. This was reported in the American media on Tuesday, based on a statement from his church.

Bishop Gerald Glenn of New Deliverance Evangelistic Church in the city of Richmond stood in a packed church on March 22 despite warnings to avoid large gatherings.

On that occasion, he urged the community that God was greater than the virus and that he was proud to be controversial by going against security regulations.

Earlier this month, the bishop’s daughter released a video announcing that her father had been infected. Bishop Glenn eventually died on Easter Sunday.
