Who is lying? 50 million lawsuits between Johnny and Amber

It does not stop with mud-throwing back and forth between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Johnny Depp has sued his ex-wife. The actor demands 50 million dollars because she accused him of abuse in an article in ‘The Washington Post’.

Moreover, Amber is also accused of adultery during their marriage.

HIS VERSION

Even though the divorce is now complete, fighting between Depp and Heard keeps on going. It just became clear that Depp had sued his ex for defamation. In the indictment, the actor claims that Heard tries to get publicity with false accusations to give her own career a boost. The actor also states that it was she who attacked him: “Mrs. Heard is not a victim of domestic violence; she is the instigator.” The Blast reports, who managed to lay hands on the legal documents. Depp always said that nothing mattered and that a witness supported his story.

In addition, according to Depp, Heard had been cheating with the founder of Tesla Elon Musk a month after they had stepped into the marriage boat, writes E! News based on legal documents. According to those documents, the actress allegedly spent time with the entrepreneur while Depp was out of the country for a film-making. The staff of the apartment complex where the couple lived could confirm the story.

HER VERSION

The actress, who was married to the actor from 2015 to 2017, accused her ex of abuse of the first time in 2016. According to Heard, the actor threw a phone to her face and have hit her with a fist several times. Amber took photos to provide evidence of the abuse. At the end of last year, the actress also wrote about the alleged abuse in ‘The Washington Post’. In the article, in which she does not mention Depp by name, she also said that Depp seriously threatened her.

Amber Heard is therefore not impressed by the indictment of her ex. Although the actor demands no less than $50 million from her, she does not do anything for the time being. “She will not be silenced,” her lawyer Eric M. George responds in a statement to American media. “This action from Mr. Depp proves that he is not able to accept the truth.” According to George, Johnny rests on “self-destruction” and the case is “unfounded.”
