In Nigeria, Police has arrested two men, Friday Emmanuel, 21, and Obiora Nwabueze, 29, who allegedly stole women’s underwear.
The suspects were arrested by members of the Satellite Division on April 20, under the Mile Two Bridge, during their fight.
According to reports, a fight broke out between the two men after Nwabueze refused to pay Emmanuel the agreed 30,000 Naira for him to steal the underwear.
According to a statement by Bala Elkana, Deputy Police Superintendent (DSP), when Emmanuel brought the briefs instead of paying him the agreed amount, Nwabueze tried to take them by force, which provoked a fight.
During his interrogation, Emmanuel regretted having listened to his friend Nwabueze, who was harassing him to provide him with women’s underwear which he desperately needed to become rich.
“The two suspects were indicted on Wednesday, April 24, in the court of the first instance, Mbah Road, Ajegunle, Lagos – for conspiracy and theft,” he said.
