Discover the coldest place on Earth where you breathe and die

The researchers found and recorded the coldest place on Earth using the satellite. Located on a deep ice layer in the Antarctic, the area is less than 62 degrees centigrade (-144 degrees Fahrenheit).

According to scientists, this could be the coldest it would be, ever because of global warming.

According to Ted Scambos, a researcher at the University of Colorado Boulder’s National Snow and Ice Data Center, the place is so cold it looks like another planet.

The coldest place ever recorded was the Russian Vostok station near the South Pole which was less than 53 degrees Celsius in 1983.

Just like the coldest place newly discovered on Earth, inhaling air in cold weather is a death sentence, reports Popular Mechanics.

According to scientists, inhale more than a few puffs of air, this cold would cause hemorrhage of the human lungs.

Russian scientists who studied the colder old place, had to wear masks that warmed the air before they breathed.
