Fetish: APC legislator caught bathing in the market ahead of election (video)

An APC parliamentarian identified as the Honorable Timothy Owoeye was reportedly caught bathing in a market in Osun State, a ritual before the upcoming elections in the state.

According to lailasnews, the APC MP, who is in the majority and represents the constituency of Ilesa West in the State’s House of Assembly, was spotted after being caught in the act of fetishism in the market.

His bio on the House of Assembly official website reads;

Hon Timothy Owoeye is the Majority Leader of the Current State House of Assembly representing Ilesa East State Constituency in the Assembly.

Hon Owoeye was born on 24th August 1972. He attended St Peter’s School Ilesa (1978-1985) for his primary education. He attended C.A.C Commercial High School (1985-1991) where he completed his Senior School Certificate Examination.

He proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, (1995-1997) where he got his diploma in Local Government Studies and University of Ado-Ekiti (2001-2004).

Hon Owoeye graduated with a degree in Political Science in 2005 from the University. He represented his people between 1999-2002 as a Councilor, Ward 10 of Ilesa East Local Government.

He has been a member of the State House of Assembly since 2007 when he was the Minority Leader in the Fourth Assembly.
