Funny: Pregnant mother goes viral after wearing a car seat cover

A pregnant mother is a hit on the internet after she made a faux pas with a bag of baby stuff she got from a friend. She fished out a nice item that she thought was an office dress, but she turned out to be wrong.

“If you feel like a failure today, just know that I wore a car seat cover a friend gave me because I thought it was a skirt,” wrote Lori Farrell on Facebook. The mail was nicked more than 57,000 times in four days and shared 64,000 times. 10,000 people indicated in the comments that they no longer had a laugh.

Rocking chair

“A friend of mine gave me a lot of baby stuff,” the Pregnant mother tells her story to the magazine Motherly. “From clothes and baby carriers to a rocking chair and sheets. When I fished the item from the bag, I did not know what it was. I washed it anyway and the way you could stretch it along the side made me decide that it should be a position dress.”

She was not sure, but it fits and she left for work one morning. She kept doubting, however, and when she was in the office, she decided to google the brand. “I discovered that the company not only sells clothes but also that I had put on a cover for a child’s seat,” she says.

Whether the Pregnant mother is telling the truth or just a stunt, the internet is enjoying it anyway. Many of her followers frankly admit that it could have happened to them too. “It looks really nice as a dress,” it sounded. “Long live the double use.”

Funny

Also, the company that makes the covers for children’s chairs in question, already said it was very funny to notice. Itzy Ritzy from Chicago that shared Farrell’s message on social media and thanked the woman for publicity: “This is the best we may have ever seen.”
