Cristiano denies: “They want to promote themselves by tarnishing my name”
Cristiano Ronaldo has responded to the allegations in a live video on his Instagram page as if he had raped a promo girl in 2009. When he got the question from one of his 142 million followers, he certainly denied. “No no no no. What did they say? That is fake news. They want to promote themselves by tarnishing my name. That is normal. They want to be known by what they say, but that is part of my status. I am a happy man, everything is good”, it sounded at ‘CR7’.

The Portuguese star soccer player is facing a lawsuit in the US because of a rape in June 2009. The American Kathryn Mayorga (34), then 25, revealed in the German weekly magazine ‘Der Spiegel’ how he raped her and a settlement with 260,000 euros of silence money made. Nine years later she spoke – out for ‘justice’ – anyway, but according to the Portuguese star soccer player, there is not much of it.
