How to care for your skin to slow down the appearance of wrinkles
Wrinkles, crow’s feet, loose skin – sooner or later, these “guys” overtake everyone: both women and men. How do we reduce sudden wrinkling of the skin?
Many people begin to take care of the skin when the wrinkles have already become quite pronounced, and it is challenging to fight them, and it is practically useless. Therefore, to slow down the onset of signs of ageing, you need to start caring for your skin as early as possible.
How to reduce sudden wrinkling of the skin
Wear sunscreen
If you want to slow down the skin wrinkling process, it is worth starting to use sunscreen regularly, especially if you live in an area with many sunny days. Frequent exposure to the sun, regardless of the season and cloudiness, contributes to the premature ageing of the skin. Therefore, always wear sunscreen before going outside.
Wash your face every day
Washing your face daily is a great habit. In this way, you give away impurities and dead skin cells that accumulate in the pores daily. If you do not regularly cleanse your face, then all the products you use for care will not penetrate well into the skin, and there will be little benefit from them. It is better to wash your face with special gels or foams selected per your skin type.
Don’t forget to exfoliate
Exfoliating your skin will also help rid the skin of dirt and dead cells, and it will also improve collagen production (a protein that provides skin strength and elasticity). It is not necessary to use exfoliators daily; it is enough to do it 2-3 times a week.
Use cosmetics with vitamin C
Include beauty products that contain vitamin C or other antioxidants in your skincare. They prevent premature ageing by helping fight damage from UV rays and environmental pollution. Since vitamin C is also found in food, a diet that includes this vitamin will also be an effective way to protect the skin from wrinkles.
Don’t go to bed with makeup
Often, women and girls are lazy and go to bed without cleaning their face from makeup. And this is in vain. If you do this regularly, the skin condition may deteriorate markedly: over time, redness, acne, an allergic reaction, and even fine wrinkles may appear.
