Israel-Gaza conflicts: Argentine team could be excluded from World Cup

Argentina could be excluded from the world cup that will take place in the next few days in Russia.

While it was expected that the Argentine football team faces that of Israel in the friendly matches in preparation for the World Cup, Lionel Messi has led a boycott with the support of teammate Javier Mascherano.

It must be said that this case has expanded not least. Lionel Messi would have taken such an initiative for fear of being the target of political recovery.

Fearing for his safety, the father of Lionel Messi would have asked for the pure and simple cancellation of the match.

For the Spanish press, Javier Mascherano who is also a leader of the team Albicelestes would also be involved in the case but to a lesser degree.

The organizer of this football match had already paid more than 1.5 million euros to the Argentine Federation.

It is in full negotiations for their compensation after this last minute withdrawal (20,000 tickets had been sold).

According to the daily  L’Équipe, a request that should not be made has been formulated for this purpose. For the Israeli Football Federation, there is no question of supporting this disciplinary request. But nothing is yet certain, the opportunity being ideal to highlight the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the eyes of the whole world.

The South American media announced that COMTEC was considering asking FIFA to exclude Argentina from the World Cup!
