Most hilarious photos of havoc kids wreaked during lockdown

For some people, their house and garden might look thoroughly spic and span after sitting at home for about some weeks. But for parents with a few descendants, that house – especially now that pre-teaching has to be done as well – looks like a real battlefield.

To support other mothers, mothers from all over the world share photos of the havoc their offspring wreaked at home. And you were not left behind either.

These are your most hilarious photos of exploded livings, ingenious tent camps, smeared walls, floors and faces, and destroyed desks.

Nele, mom of Noor & Janne:

“I am a teacher and had retired to my classes for several hours to record lessons. Meanwhile, they were in good hands with their dad. This is the battlefield I saw when I opened the living room door.”

Charlotte, mom of Meija:

“Meija is 2.5 years old and just started school. That is no longer an option, so she likes nothing better than to crawl on or in everything, with my clothes rack and the rabbit hutch as favorites.”

Valérie, mother of Alexander and Thibeau:

“My husband is self-employed and works in his business for most of the week. This also means that the care for the children ends up on my shoulders, but that work has to be done in the meantime. I often let them play in the office with me, but even then, they still manage to make a battlefield of toys and things unnoticed.”

Marjan, mother of Johanna

“I wouldn’t call it havoc; I am rather impressed with what my 10-year-old daughter built in her room. She has been sleeping in her tent camp for a few weeks now.”

Liesbeth, mother of Esmée

“This is what happens when I retreat to my desk, and father and daughter have fun in the living room.”

Heidi, mom to Charlotte and Eline

“After a few weeks of lockdown, in a few moments of inattention, my daughters pulverized whole pieces of styrofoam, stole Easter eggs from the pantry, and scattered them in my bedroom and were quite lavish with the Sudocrem.”

Naomi, Bo’s mom

“We had already collected the cardboard from our online purchases from the past few days to cover the entire floor with cardboard that our 1.5-year-old daughter could paint on. After painting on the cardboard for 2 minutes, however, the young lady decided that she could use a color for herself … and Papa too.”
