Texas party shooting, multiple dead and wounded
According to American media, at a shooting near a university in Greenville, near the Texas capital Dallas, at least two people were killed, and more than twenty were injured. The shooter is still free.
In a club near the Texas A&M University, a party took place at the time of the shooting, a so-called ‘homecoming party’ that traditionally takes place in October. According to a WFAA-TV reporter in Dallas, the event took place at a nightclub outside of Greenville called The Party Venue. Emergency services are in place en masse. According to American media, at least two people have died, and more than twenty have been injured.
The shooting took place on Saturday evening, just after midnight local time. Nothing is known about the shooter at this time. The suspect is still on the run.
