Kim Kardashian sued for $100 million because of emojis

A complaint against Kim Kardashian because of her own emoji series. The reality star designed the so-called Kimoji’s with a developer, but she retired at the last moment to release the emoji. Then, the developer is demanding 100 million dollars in lost profits.

The developer claims to have made a deal in 2014 and that Kim would then arrange the trademark for Kimoji. This would not have been done by the reality star, because one of the developers had brought out personal information about her, which she withdrew.

According to the developer Kim was informed in advance and agreed that the information, whose content is unclear, would be made public. He, therefore, demands an amount of 100 million dollars. That amount must compensate for the breach of contract and the proceeds of Kimoji which he has lost. Kim has not yet responded to the indictment.
