Google associates Donald Trump with the word silly

The face of the American president appears in the search engine of Google Images as soon as the word silly is written there.

This phenomenon is due to the song “American Idiot” Green Day chanted during his visit to London by protesters.

This event largely relayed in the press caught the attention of Google’s algorithm.

In the United States, opponents of Donald Trump have amplified the phenomenon by publishing Reddit posts in which the word “idiot” was associated with images of the 45th President of the United States.

By putting thumbs up to these photos, users have made them go up in Google at the top of the results.

Since then, the phenomenon known as “Google Bombing” continues and the media articles only reinforce it.
