In Uganda, a young man dies hours after marriage
The sudden death of a young Ugandan just hours after his marriage left his family and friends very sad. The young man started feeling unwell after the wedding reception.
Roy Jairus Watuulo is reported to have died in the early hours of Sunday, December 6, hours after celebrating his wedding to his wife, Anitah Nabuduwa, on Saturday, December 5 in Kampala, capital of Uganda.
According to the deceased’s close friends and relatives, Roy complained of feeling bad moments after the wedding reception. He was rushed to the hospital and pronounced dead a few minutes later.
Friends and colleagues of the deceased took to Facebook to mourn the late Roy. One of his colleagues, Lutoto Charity Martha, wrote the following in a post: “With Deep Sorrow And Shock, Our Friend, Colleague And Brother Roy Jairus Watuulo Has Passed On.”
“He Wedded On Saturday 5/12/2020 And Immediately Went To Be With The Lord On Sunday, Just A Few Hours After… Son To Dr. Watuulo Richard & Lydia Rest In Peace Comrade. May God Strengthen You Anitah Nabuduwa,” the post reads.
