Justin Bieber breaks Elvis Presley’s record with new album
Justin Bieber (25) has achieved the highest ranking in the Top 200 of Billboard with his new album ‘Changes’. It is the seventh time that a record by Bieber is number one on the list.
This makes Bieber the youngest solo artist ever to have led the album list with seven albums. He thereby breaks the record of Elvis Presley, who was 26 when his seventh album landed at number one. After the top rating of ‘Blue Hawaii’ in 1961, Elvis managed to reach the highest position with three more records.
‘Changes’ is the first Bieber album in more than four years. His previous album, ‘Purpose’, was number one in December of 2015. ‘Believe: Acoustic’ (2013), ‘Believe’ (2012), ‘Under The Mistletoe’ (2011), ‘Never Say Never’ (2011) and ‘My World 2.0’ (2010) also achieved this rating.
