Man convicted of murdering son: uncle of baby attacks him in court
Kwin Boes (23) was sentenced yesterday by the court of the American state of New Jersey to a 25-year sentence for the murder of his son Parker. He had inflicted head injury on the three-month-old baby.
Little Parker has fought for his life but eventually succumbed to his injuries. Boes must first spend 19 years in jail and may leave the prison during the last six years to go to work. Not all of Parker’s family members were satisfied with that statement.
The uncle of the little one took the law into his own hands when Boes left the court. He approached the convicted person and hit him in the face several times. Jeremiah Hartley was sentenced in the same court and by the same judge for that attack a few moments later. He must spend 179 days in prison.,
