Sputnik V: Nearly 30 countries want Russia’s Covid-19 vaccine
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova announced on Wednesday that 27 countries wanted to procure Sputnik V, a vaccine against coronavirus.
The Sputnik V vaccine, developed by the Russian Gamalaya Center, is already of interest to many countries, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova said on Wednesday 26th August in a meeting with the President and members of the government.
“Today, according to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 27 countries want to obtain the Russian vaccine against the new coronavirus,” she said.
She added that 26 countries were closely monitoring the results of phase three clinical trials.
