These 5 things you should not take for granted
We never realize how much we really have until it’s gone. It is useful to look at the things we should not take for granted.
Some people are so lucky to have them, while some are striving to get them. However way it is, you should be careful when dealing with them. Below are just some of the things we should never take for granted.
1. A trustworthy partner
It’s hard to find an honest, loyal, trustworthy, fun-loving, non-disruptive partner these days. If you find that person, treat them with respect and stick with them for life.
2. Family
As a rule, a family is “always” there for you. I understand that family can annoy you, and some of them are toxic. But you should have a few family members who healthily support you during your ‘ups and downs’ of life.
3. Life
Life is not always fair, but for the most part, it is. It is our ‘choices’ that lead us to many of the situations that cause us anxiety. It is good that you are reading this. You are alive. There is still a chance to make a difference in this world.
4. Health
Many people won’t realize it until it’s too late. Start early, and if you have children, start them early. We can either use food as medicine or medicine as food as we get older. Never play with your health or try to guess the state of your wellbeing. Take proper care of your health.
5. Best friend
Not the person who has many friends or a few ‘best’ friends. I’m talking about someone you turn to for almost “anything”, and that person has your back. For better or for worse. Very hard to find, and even harder to replace if you lose it.
