Britney Spears criticizes her family again on social media
Britney Spears (39) is quietly getting her life back in her own hands, but for now, the singer has no good word to say about the rest of her family. In a new post on her Instagram account, Britney lashed out firmly at her remaining family members.
“This picture is everything to me !!! It makes me want to cry… she’s saving her divine feminine sister,” the singer wrote with the photo she shared on Instagram on Tuesday. Britney herself could never count on her family in the past, and the singer clearly hasn’t forgotten that.
“If you have a friend that’s been in a house that feels really small for four months … no car … no phone … no door for privacy and they have to work around 10 hours a day 7 days a week and give tons of blood weekly with never a day off … I strongly suggest you go pick up your friend and get them the hell outta there!!!!!” it sounds further.
Not very subtle, the singer also had a direct message for her family. Among other things, the singer wrote that her family members were well aware of what they had done to her. Her lawyer Mathew S. Rosengart could count on a thank you from the “Toxic” singer, though. “He changed my life,” she said.
The relationship between Britney and her other family members has appeared in the media several times in recent months. Her mother Lynne Spears is on her daughter’s side, but she didn’t speak out until the #FreeBritney movement emerged several years ago.
Her older brother Bryan still called the curtale a “good thing” for his family in July 2020. Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney’s younger sister, showed several times on social media that she does support her sister, but from posts by the singer we can clearly conclude something quite different.
