Scientists have named two spices that help deal with visceral fat

The British edition Express published a study according to which the best foods to fight visceral fat are ginger and capsaicin, found in chilli peppers.

What is known about visceral fat? This is the fat in the abdomen that coats the internal organs. Its excess can adversely affect neurology and cause brain atrophy. That is why a person with visceral fat needs to establish their nutrition as soon as possible.

It is worth noting that ginger has several advantages that make it one of the best foods in losing weight: it slows down the oxidative process, accelerates digestion, and stabilizes blood sugar levels.

In a study by the National Institutes of Health, published in the US National Library of Medicine, it was noted that eating ginger can help you lose weight and improve your waist-to-hip ratio.

Chilli peppers contain capsaicin, which can help you feel fuller and lower your calorie intake. Plus, it’s a great fat burner.

Canadian researchers from Laval University suggest that the key chemical, capsaicin, is responsible for the hotness of chilli peppers, cayenne peppers, etc. The thermogenesis created by him (the process of heat formation) spends carbohydrates and reduces hunger. For the daily value, 30 grams of hot pepper or one gram of dry pepper is enough. Capsaicin can also be found in drug stores.
