The reality stars from ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ have three kids together: Mason (10), Penelope (7) and Reign (5).

A few years ago, however, they decided to put an end to their relationship, although they remained friends. Scott started a relationship with Sofia Ritchie, and Kourtney also went looking for love elsewhere.

However, that would have changed by now, according to attentive fans. Kourtney has been single for a while now, and Scott would have broken up his relationship with Sofie as well.

The ex-husband was spotted together again a while ago during a lunch date, which triggered the rumor mill around a possible reconciliation. A recent photo of Kourtney on Instagram is cited as proof that the two are an item again. The Kardashian is said to be wearing Scott’s shirt on it.

Comparative photographs show that it is indeed Disick’s shirt in question, but the two have not yet responded to the rumors.
