Kim talks about quitting reality show for the first time: “We need rest”

After Kim Kardashian (39) announced in September that the reality show ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ will end after 20 seasons.

Kim Kardashian now explains for the first time in an interview with Grazia why the family is pulling the plug. “It has just been a lot.”

“This show was a dream of all of us, and it has become a reality,” says the reality star. “We could never have imagined that it would go further than one season at all, but it turned out completely different. We are now 20 seasons further, and we all need a break. It’s that simple. It has just been a lot.”

She continues: “When we started the show, we filmed a few seasons in a row, which also resulted in spin-offs. But we are all a bit older now and have children who need us. We want to focus on that for the time being.”
