“Stop buying weed for me”: Reggae icon tells fans

The iconic reggae musician Lee “Scratch” Perry (82) has a strange request for his fans: he wants them to stop giving him weed.
“As you know you can always meet me backstage after the show, but please don’t bring me any greens,” the iconic musician writes on Twitter. “I used to stash it somewhere, forget and had problems by customs!” Perry has a suggestion for those who want to take a present with them. “Better bring me little mirrors that I always use for decorating my outfits,” he suggests.

82-year-old Perry was a notorious cannabis user but already announced in 2014 that he had stopped.
