Weight loss breakfast
Foods with a high protein content will give you a longer feeling that makes you less hungry again. Eggs are therefore the perfect choice for breakfast. They are a good source of protein and essential amino acids. Alternate between a soft-boiled egg, an omelet, and a fried egg to break the grind.
In combination with eggs, lean meat keeps your protein and iron levels up to standard. Choose the right types of meat, such as chicken and turkey, and avoid greasy types such as sausage, bacon, and minced meat.
Almonds, pecans, and walnuts are good sources of healthy, multiple fats. Remember that nuts contain a lot of calories, and you better limit yourself to a handful.
Fruit contains little fat and calories but is full of fiber and other important nutrients such as vitamin C. Avoid canned fruit, which is usually less nutritious and often contains more sugar.

A few examples: a wholemeal toast with peanut butter, a small apple and a vegetarian omelet, whole grain cereals with a hard-boiled egg, Greek yoghurt with berries, peaches, and nuts, or porridge with blueberries.
