Aaron Korsh, the creator of the popular law firm Suits, has no idea what the ninth and last season will look like. The TV maker especially does not want to speculate who will and will not make the appearance of the cast.
In the past month, British media have been speculating about a possible return of Suits’ biggest star Meghan Markle. She left the series to be able to marry the British prince Harry. In the last season, the Duchess of Sussex would have to play a small guest role, so is stubbornly hoping.
“At the moment I do not know who will return from the old original cast and who will not,” Korsh told Deadline. “I can say that I have no idea what these newspapers are writing about.” It can be concluded with caution that Meghan will not show up any more.
The British tabloids speculated that the makers of Suits would transfer millions of euros to a charity of their choice to persuade Meghan. “I did not arrange that,” Korsh clearly said.
Suits can be seen on Netflix and is lagging behind America for several seasons. Last week the last part of the sixth series came online. Meghan can also be seen in Rachel 7 as Rachel Zane.
