Netflix releases first trailer for the final season of ‘Casa de Papel’

Good news for fans of the popular series ‘La Casa de Papel’. Netflix has just released the first trailer for the highly anticipated new season. The fifth season will also be the last, so we can expect an exciting denouement.

La Casa de Papel is coming to an end. The first part of the fifth and final season of the Spanish Netflix series will be released in September, with the last episodes to follow in December. Now we get our first look at the series finale in the official trailer.

All beautiful songs come to an end, including popular Spanish series. La Casa de Papel has reached its final stage this year, and it promises to be impressive again. So we now get to see the official trailer for the fifth and final season.

The fifth season of ‘La Casa de Papel’ takes place – just like season four – mainly in the Spanish national bank. The robbers are still trapped there, and for the first time, they have no escape plan. In addition, The Professor was captured by Sierra. Will that end well?

The trailer shows how the group of robbers is cornered again. They’ve been faced with hot fires before, but it seems to be even more difficult this time. El Profesor (Álvaro Morte), the mastermind of the group, is caught by agent Alice Sierra (Najwa Nimri).

The rest of the group now stands alone and is literally bombed by the Spanish army. It will be a life and death battle that promises to be extremely exciting.

Can the raiders make it without El Profesor, or is it a losing battle? We will find out on Netflix from Friday, 3 September. On that day, the first part of the fifth and final season of La Casa de Papel will be released on Netflix. The second part will follow on Friday 3 December.
