President Buhari: the fourth medical trip to London

Muhammadu Buhari is traveling to the UK again on Tuesday for medical reasons. Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari leaves the capital on Tuesday for a four-day medical trip to the UK – his fourth since taking office in 2015.

Buhari, who returned from a visit to the United States last week, announced the trip to his Twitter account on Monday night, saying he will be back on May 12.

We do not know what the Nigerian president is suffering from, and this announcement is certain to raise questions among the opposition figures.

In 2017, Muhammadu Buhari spent 104 days in the United Kingdom.

He also met his doctor last week during a “technical stop” in London when he returned from the United States.

Buhari’s health problems start in 2017.

March 10th: returns to Nigeria but does not resume work immediately

May 7: New trip to the UK for another treatment

June 6: Aisha Buhari (his wife) says he is “recovering quickly”

In 2017, Muhammadu Buhari spent more than four months out of Nigeria for medical reasons.
