David Werking to receive $30,411 after parents destroy his p0rn collection
An American couple in the state of Michigan must pay their son, David Werking, $30,441 for throwing away his p0rn collection.
A judge already ruled in late 2020 that the couple “should not have destroyed the property,” last week, an expert confirmed the total value of the collection of films, magazines, and s^x toys, according to American media.
The collection was the property of 43-year-old David Werking, who moved in with his parents for ten months after his divorce.
When he later moved out and had his belongings sent over, the boxes containing his porn collection were found to be missing. ‘We did you a favor by destroying everything,’ his father wrote in an email.
US District Judge Paul Maloney ruled that the couple had no right to destroy the collection “because they hated it.”
The couple themselves say they acted “as landlords,” but the judge did not go along with that.
In addition to the collection’s value, the parents must also pay a sum of $14,500 to their son’s lawyer.
this is reprehensible. these people gave him life and shelter when needed. the judge also should have used a little more discretion in this case. i hope this guys picture is out there so it can be seen by any potential employers or dates.
understandable why he is divorced
Nobody needs to be given life, Cheryl. It’s the parents’ responsibility their child is now living on this hell planet and they should be there for him when he needs them. Period. His property is also not theirs to throw away.
Being parent does not give them right to destroy or throw his property without his concept. You can’t destroy ones property because you hate the stuff.
