Kim and Kanye to payout $14 million for a luxurious apartment in Miami
The property is located in the exclusive Faena House building. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will payout 14 million USD for a luxury apartment in Miami’s “beach haven of billionaires,” according to Page Six. The famous couple secretly acquired the property located in the Faena House building, designed by Norman Foster.
The apartment of more than 400 square meters, located on Collins Avenue, has four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a large terrace. Originally it had a sale price of 15.5 million USD.
The building offers a variety of amenities and services that include: private gym, spa, pool, concierge and underground parking. “Kim and Kanye were registered visiting the property last month and are now making the contract to buy the apartment for 14 million USD, the sale is expected to end in January,” the source told Page Six.
The couple, whose main residence is located on the outskirts of Los Angeles, in California, has strong ties to Miami Beach, the original place of Dash, the shop of the Kardashian sisters. Kanye, on the other hand, attends the Art Basel fair in Miami Beach every year.
