Personalized shoe and with a screwdriver? Nike and Swarovski join forces for a special shoe
The world’s most famous sports brand and crystal crafter teamed up again, and the result is unique, to say the least. Fans of the celebrated Air Force 1 sneakers will be delighted as this is a special edition model. And you also get a screwdriver with it.
It is not the first time that these two big names have joined forces. Nike has previously released Swarovski versions of its beloved sneakers. The Air Max 97 ‘Swarovski Crystal’ women’s shoes, for example, are currently on sale on Nike’s website for a modest $400. The shoe looks similar to the original model but is set with gold or silver crystals, depending on your preference.

But for this collaboration, available for women in ‘Triple White’ and ‘Triple Black’, the original look of the shoe was slightly less retained, as the result looks almost futuristic.
The classic Air Force 1 sneaker features rough crystal coatings, which are attached to the shoe with large screws. That way you can remove certain panels if you wish and completely personalize your ‘shoe candy’. How? With the “Nike Air Force 1” screwdriver, of course, which is included with your purchase.
