Sarah Jessica Parker piqued: “I do not argue with Kim Cattrall”
In an interview with Extra TV, Sarah Jessica Parker reacted to the argument between her and ‘Sex & The City’ colleague Kim Cattrall. According to her, there is no question of a catfight between them. “If someone says that again… I have no quarrel and have never argued with Kim,” SJP said.
When asked if there is still a third ‘Sex & The City’ movie, – Sarah would have sent reconciliation gifts to Kim – the actress replied: “I do not need to send gifts to Kim at all, because I did not do anything wrong. She felt it necessary to call out many things, that is the beauty of a democracy, but I have no excuses to make because it is not catfight.”
A year ago, Sarah Jessica expressed her disappointment about the death of plans for a third film. It could not be made because Kim was no longer interested in taking her role as Samantha again. She claimed that she had already stated that a year earlier and that she did not appreciate the fact that the producers of the film, including Sarah Jessica, showed that she had kept everyone on the line. In a British talk show, she let it be known that her former colleague could have done a better job. She also said: “I never understood what her problem was.”
Last winter, things went wrong again between the two. Kim shared Instagram messages about her missing brother, who later turned out to be deceased. All her SATC colleagues responded with statements of support. At first Kim thanked them for that, but later she suddenly posted a vicious message about Sarah Jessica. “Your persistent messages are a painful reminder of how cruel you were and are. Let me be very clear: you are not a family and you are not my girlfriend.”
