Avocado has antioxidant properties that shield our bodies against intense stress. It is also full of potassium which controls the pressure and therefore protects you from hypertension.

Yogurt with oats
Yogurt with oats and banana or berries. One of the most perfect and ideal combinations for stress reduction. This is because yogurt and oats and bananas, and berries are among the foods that alone can reduce stress.
Combined, they are even more delicious. Oats with their carbohydrates increase serotonin levels, and so we feel calmer. Due to potassium and magnesium, banana helps relax muscles, and berries are the perfect food against stress.
Nuts contain melatonin and tryptophan, two components that are converted to serotonin. And as we said, serotonin is associated with muscle relaxation, rest and loss of sense of stress. So either have a handful of nuts with you as a snack or add it to a salad.
Eggs are full of protein, which means that they fill you with energy and keep you awake. This is exactly what your body needs to deal with stressful situations. If you do not like the egg, you can replace it with milk, legumes, turkey. All of these are very good protein foods.
