10 signs you are sleeping too much

Everyone knows how harmful a lack of sleep is for the body, but not everyone thinks that an excess of it also has a negative effect on a person. So not getting enough sleep all week and trying to compensate for that with 10-15 hours of sleep on weekends is a very bad idea. It’s even worse – if you constantly sleep more than normal, and at the same time, you notice a deterioration in well-being.

When you wake up, you feel sleepy

You sleep more than the average, and every time you wake up expecting to feel refreshed and good. But the situation is exactly the opposite: you rise from the dead and feel very sleepy all day. It seems as soon as your head touches the pillow, and you immediately fall asleep. This is a warning sign that you have slept, and it is time for you to start controlling your sleep and its quality.

Your concentration is impaired

When you sleep more than your body needs, you are in a strange state all the next day. It is difficult for you to think, your movements become inhibited, and you seem to be in a dream. You cannot remember the obvious things, focus your attention, force yourself to work normally.

Decreased concentration after prolonged sleep indicates that you need to start getting up earlier.

Do you feel dizzy

You feel depressed all the time

Your mood directly depends on the quality and quantity of sleep. If you don’t get enough sleep, you get irritability, anxiety, excessive emotionality, etc. If you sleep too much, you are faced with another problem: your state is close to depressive.

You experience apathy, a severe loss of strength, and spend the rest of the day in a depressed mood. So it’s better to take care of the quality of sleep and learn how to get up at the first alarm clock than to let everything go by itself and suffer from negative consequences.
